These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the gita7 platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and gita7. Please read this document in full before creating an account or placing any wager. By accessing gita7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

18+ Age Requirement
gita7 is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. All accounts are subject to KYC age verification. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after deduction of any bonuses used.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered gita7 account. Duplicate accounts — whether intentional or accidental — will be merged or closed, and any bonuses associated with duplicate registrations will be forfeited in full.
Deposits & Withdrawals in BDT
All transactions on gita7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawals to verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval.
Bonus Terms Apply

Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gita7 login credentials. gita7 will never ask for your password via live chat or email. Enable two-factor authentication via SMS OTP to add an additional layer of protection to your account.
Fair Play & Integrity
All games on gita7 use certified random number generators. Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the gita7 website and platform (collectively referred to as the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including players, visitors, and any other person who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you hold. Continued use of the Platform following any update or revision to these Terms & Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
gita7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Where a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, gita7 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification, but failure to receive such notification does not relieve you of the obligation to comply with the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with gita7's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and maintain an account on gita7:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
- You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order with gita7 or any other gaming platform, and you have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform for any reason.
- You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or regulated in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain the applicable laws before participating.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of gita7 or any of its associated entities or technology partners.
Age Verification
gita7 takes age verification seriously. All new players are required to confirm at registration that they are 18 years of age or older. Before the first withdrawal is processed, players must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, which includes submission of a valid government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) confirming age.
gita7 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during a player's use of the Platform. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended, and any funds deposited during the unverified period will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any bonus amounts utilised.
3 Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of games, betting markets, and financial services available on gita7, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any detail changes.
Registration Requirements
When registering a gita7 account, you will be required to provide the following information:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
- Date of birth (confirming you are aged 18 or over)
- Valid mobile phone number (Bangladesh mobile number required for OTP verification)
- A unique username and a strong password for account access
- Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka — BDT)
One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered gita7 account. If gita7 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — gita7 reserves the right to merge the duplicate accounts into a single account or to close the duplicate account(s) without notice. Any bonuses or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
KYC Verification
Before processing a player's first withdrawal, gita7 requires completion of the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
- Valid passport (photo page)
- Birth registration certificate (where NID is not yet issued)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
gita7 will review submitted documents within 24 hours of receipt. Accounts that fail or decline to complete KYC verification will be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is successfully completed. gita7 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the gita7 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gita7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile financial service
- Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited's mobile banking service
- Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile financial platform
Deposits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via the supported payment methods will typically credit to your gita7 wallet within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
gita7 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider in connection with a transfer are the responsibility of the player. gita7 accepts deposits only from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the gita7 account holder. gita7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Processing times may occasionally be extended in cases where additional verification is required or where the payment provider is experiencing system delays outside of gita7's control.
Before processing a withdrawal, gita7 may request the player to provide proof of identity and proof of the payment account being used. This is a standard security procedure to protect the player and prevent unauthorised withdrawals. Players who have active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements may not withdraw funds until those requirements have been fully met.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
gita7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback programmes, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL season. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested.
- Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account on expiry.
- The maximum bet permitted when using bonus funds is ৳2,000 per round or spin, unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
Bonus Abuse
gita7 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus systems; and colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering volume.
Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended from the Platform. gita7's decision in matters of bonus abuse is final.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets offered on the gita7 Platform are governed by the rules set out in this section, together with any game-specific rules displayed at the point of play. By placing a bet or participating in any game on the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Sports Betting
Sports betting markets on gita7 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), volleyball, football, and other sports — are offered on a pre-match and live (in-play) basis. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on gita7:
- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
- In the event that a sporting event is postponed, suspended, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time specified in the sport-specific rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
- gita7 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including in-play markets during live events.
- The minimum single bet stake is ৳100. Maximum bet stakes per market are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, and market type.
- In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to a pricing error that significantly deviates from the true market price — gita7 reserves the right to void affected bets at its sole discretion.
Casino & Slot Games
All casino games and slot titles available on gita7 — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game results are entirely independent of any previous or subsequent results and are not influenced by bet size, player history, or any other factor external to the RNG system.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during game play, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined based on the game server's last confirmed state. Bets placed in rounds affected by technical faults on gita7's server will be voided and stakes returned. Bets lost due to disconnection on the player's side (mobile network failure, browser crash, etc.) are not refundable.
Crash Games
Crash games, including Spribe's Aviator, involve a multiplier that increases from 1.00x until a random crash point is reached. Players must cash out before the crash occurs. The crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm. gita7 is not responsible for any failure by a player to cash out before the crash point is reached, including failures caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gita7 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where applicable.
- Fraudulent activity: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card or mobile wallet details, or engaging in any form of financial deception in connection with your gita7 account.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, regardless of the method used to circumvent detection.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in place of genuine human play.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, share information during live casino play, or engage in any form of cheating in multiplayer contexts.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, system vulnerabilities, or any other technical fault on the Platform for financial gain.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile financial service provider in respect of a genuine, authorised deposit made to your gita7 account.
- Impersonation: Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification, or attempting to operate another player's account.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications with gita7 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
gita7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where gita7 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The account holder is under 18 years of age;
- The account holder has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
- The account has been used in connection with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above;
- The account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party;
- The account shows signs of problem gambling behaviour and intervention is appropriate under gita7's Responsible Gaming Policy;
- A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or from a court or legal authority;
- Continued operation of the account would expose gita7 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their gita7 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat from within their account dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment account within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification checks.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard, or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods available are 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be immediately restricted from all deposits, bets, and gaming activity. Effect of Account Closure
Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary, self-exclusion, or initiated by gita7 — the following applies:
- Access to the Platform and all gaming and betting services will be immediately terminated.
- Any active bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited in full.
- Real-money balances (net of any forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player's verified payment account, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and fraud checks.
- gita7 will retain transaction records and account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.
